I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very big and comfortable, with everything I needed, although they were a little on the small side. The service was fantastic, especially from Tomas in Lima restaurant and Veloso at breakfast, but there were some communication issues with housekeeping. The location was perfect, with well-groomed gardens and a lovely pool bar. The dining experience was good with a variety of options, despite some consistency issues. Overall, it was a great value for money.

I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were beautiful, complete with a handy kitchenette and a cozy balcony that overlooked the lush rooftop terrace. The view was excellent, and I found the room to be incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as portrayed on the website, from the lovely bedding to the comfy twin mattresses. The bathroom area with retracting doors was a personal favorite of mine, and the abundance of toiletries was a nice touch. The only potential downside I could think of was the half-frosted glass doors, although it didn't bother me personally.

The hotel gave us access to the inclusive Brunch, which is a hidden gem worth discovering. The rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable, especially the sea view with a lovely balcony, perfect for a family of four. The service was superb, with personal introductions to the room and helpful advice at the reception. The location was real nice, with a quality beach and a beautiful wooden staircase leading to Falesia beach. The dining experience was lovely with a great selection, but the facilities were crowded at times.
